What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all non-prescription eyewear in its original, unworn condition. Please note that custom prescription lenses are final sale due to their personalized nature.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
Can I add my prescription to your frames?
Absolutely. You can upload your valid prescription during the checkout process, and our lab will custom-craft your lenses. We offer single-vision, progressive, and blue-light filtering options.
How should I care for my independent frames?
Always store your glasses in the provided hard case when not in use. Clean the lenses using the microfiber cloth provided and a gentle lens cleaning spray; avoid using paper towels or clothing which can scratch the coating.
